Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a contact, quotation or tender form does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Quotations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied and may require drawings, specifications, a site visit and clarification. Our five-working-day quotation period is an aim that begins once we confirm that sufficient information has been received.
Prices and changes
The scope, price, payment schedule, validity period, assumptions, exclusions and VAT treatment will be stated in the relevant quotation or contract. Changes affecting cost or programme must be agreed through the project’s written variation process.
Tender invitations
A tender invitation is subject to our review of the documents, programme, location, capacity and commercial terms. Submission through the website does not confirm that we will tender or accept an appointment.
